Mums birthday card

Good morning everyone.
Just wanted to show you the card I made for my Mums birthday in which I am entering into the Allsorts challenge this week.
It was a huge hit thankfully
Had to wait until today as her birthday was yesterday :)
Dies used are MDCR1205 Butterfly by Marianne, S4-462 labels 39 by Spellbinders and Banner Pennants by Whimsy.
The embossing folder is by Sizzix and came with the Bigshot Teal starter kit it is called Dotted Lattice.
I am so in love with this embossing folder and the Marianne butterfly at the moment. It is just stunning and cuts beautifully.
I have used a lot of glitter and pearls for this card as my mum is as mad about sparkle and bling as I am.
Every little dot on the embossing folder is glittered as are the flowers and butterfly.
Shame it can't all be seen in the picture as the effect is just amazing when the light captuers it.

    this is such a pretty birthday card for your mom; i love all the shimmer and pearls and that cute dragonfly! unfortunately, the penny black and more challenge requires a stamped focal point so to be fair to our other participants the entry won't be eligible for the prize this time. the challenge runs all month though so you still time to have another go ;)
