WOYWW - #316 Poppies

Morning all. Another Wednesday already ?
The time really seems to fly by.
Pop on over to Julia who started this crazy scheme
and hop on board.
On my very messy workmat today is a poppy card
I am almost finished with and for little miss Kiki
you will see a stag bar, bone and rubber dummy.
Someone asked what an oxtail was.
Here is a link explaining better than I can.
It is the tailbone of cattle.
For dogs it is left whole and they absolutely love it.
Perfect for my Chihuahuas as they last forever.

I had a smile at the thought of your tiny little dog chewing on a huge bone, hope she/he enjoyed the treat.

  12. That poppy is gorgeous! We used to have a couple of poppy plants when we lived in Ohio. It made me think of the Wizard of Oz. I think you've just about run out of work desk space there. Judy #50

  13. That poppy looks beautiful. I am not surprised you decided to hang on to it in the end. thank you for your visit and lovely comments today. Get that parchment kit out and have a go. It is very addictive because you have to take your time and concentrate, which helps to get rid of stress. Have a good week. xxx Maggie #8
