Altered honey jar

Afternoon everyone.

Weather is beautiful today.

I have been sat in the garden stamping.

It's supposed to rain again tomorrow so had the hubster mow

the lawns today. The smell is glorious.

I needed a pincushion but tend to lose or sit on the ones I have

 so decided to make one from a honey jar I just emptied into

 the seed and what not for the birds.

I used pink and white polka dot material.

Filled the top section with toy stuffing and glue gunned to the lid.

Then added ribbon. lace and some bling.

Was only going to be a few but I got a bit carried away.

This one can now hold my pins and needles so I don't keep losing them :)
