Spring has sprung - Hopefully

So here as I said earlier is the card I have created.
Pretty pleased with how this turned out actually.
I have never used masking to created a rubber stamped scene and thing I did pretty darn well.
Ok so maybe it's not quite up to everyone's standard but pretty good for me :)
I coloured the images in using pain old cheapy coloured pencils from the £1 shop.
I guess the shading could be better and there is certainly room for improvement.
No fancy pens or pencils for me yet but I am sure i'll get some soon enough if this cardmaking bug sticks around LOL
Used some scallop scissors for the edging of the image.
Ribbon placed behind the image has a few gems added.
Flowers and leaves were cut with my big red.
You may see a lot of these as it's the only die cutter I have for Mr Red LOL
Added some glitter around the edge of the flowers and a little gem in the center.
Boy doesn't that stuff get every where ?
The stamped image in case anyone is interested is a set of free stamps from the April Issue 116 of Card Making and Papercraft. They are from a collection called Apple Of my eye by Jayne Nestorenko.
