Father's Day Fishing

Morning everyone.
Thank you to everyone who has/is leaving comments from this
weeks WOYWW if I haven't got round to you yet I
will don't worry. I plan to visit everyone.
Today I have a Father's Day card for my Father-In-Law.
It's going to be a hard day this year as I lost my own father on
March 31st this year.
We only cremated him on 24th April so things
are still a little raw.
Anyway enough of that.
I have chosen this digi #6104 from Eureka Stamps
as the hubster used to go fishing with his
father when he was
a young boy so thought it would be perfect.
Originally I was going to add it to the Allsorts challenge
but don't think it is vintage enough so may have to
 miss it this week.
Although I love the vintage look I can never seem to replicate it
on my own cards lol

  1. Hi Julie, thank you for the lovely comment you left me the basket was a cutting file from I cut it out on the Silhouette Cameo. I think there are some templates & tutorials out there if you haven't got a Cameo for similar baskets.

  2. that is a lovely card, love the way the fishes are really hanging, Jac x

  3. How perfect! Love the card. I'm so sorry for your loss. I have lost both of my parents and one sibling, so I can certainly relate. Thank you for visiting my blog and for your comments. I appreciate them all. I hope crafting helps you through. Hugs. Nann
