Bestie lilac wedding

Hello everyone.

I have a wedding card today.

The flowers are made from circles of scrunched tissue paper.

The springs were made with scraps of card and curled with scissors.

Of course no wedding would be complete without pearls and glitter :)

Altered honey jar

Afternoon everyone.

Weather is beautiful today.

I have been sat in the garden stamping.

It's supposed to rain again tomorrow so had the hubster mow

the lawns today. The smell is glorious.

I needed a pincushion but tend to lose or sit on the ones I have

 so decided to make one from a honey jar I just emptied into

 the seed and what not for the birds.

I used pink and white polka dot material.

Filled the top section with toy stuffing and glue gunned to the lid.

Then added ribbon. lace and some bling.

Was only going to be a few but I got a bit carried away.

This one can now hold my pins and needles so I don't keep losing them :)

Birthday Fairy

Late posting today but this took longer than expected to choose which 

colours I wanted to use that didn't contain a mass of pink lol

My 3rd attempt entry for the Allsorts birthday challenge and those Tattered Lace dies *grin*

I have used a fabulous fairy image that is free today only so not sure 

how much longer you have to get her.

The image is by FaeryInk called Amber Heart Fae

She has been coloured with my Promarkers and I even remembered to 

write them down as I used them so you can find that below.

Sentiment stamps are from the Poppet fairys set .

Die cuts used are from Sizzix, cut with the cuttlebug and coloured with Promarkers.
Although you can't see it the paper glitters.
Holographic glittle used on her wings and on the flowers for a bit of sparkle
and bling added to the center of the flowers.

Skin - Ivory, Blush, Oatmeal, Pastel Pink, Blender
Hair -  Cocoa, Cinnamon, Burnt Orange, Spice, Caramel, Blender
Dress - Orange, Honeycomb, Gold, Blender
All else - Pastel pink, Buttercup, Pastel blue, Lilac, Canary, 

           Cool Aqua, Skt blue, Leaf green, grass, Antique pink, Cocktail pink, Blender

Wow that time of week again already ?
Oh man, the days just fly by.

I am still using my lap so it's a bit chaotic.
Went to put my Promarkers back up on the side after finishing colouring yesterdays Faery but didn't reach quite far enough lol

Birthday Tutu

 Good afternoon.

I hope everyone is have a good long week-end.

I have another card created for the Allsorts birthday challenge.

Yes I need myself some Tattered Lace dies lol

They are so expensive. Well on my budget anyway.

The tut has been created using teabag folding and feathers.

Turned out quite well even if I do say so myself.

The crystal flowers were originally pink but I have

altered the colours to match using a 'honeycomb' promarker.

Embossing and dies are from Marianne Designs and the stamp is

from my stash. Not sure of the maker as there is no name on the sheet.

Fairy Ballerina card and free digistamp

Good morning wonderful people out there in craft land.

The weather here is glorious. Well for this morning anyway.

This afternoon it's supposed to rain so posting as quick as

 I can so I can get into the garden whilst it's still warm and sunny.

Oh wow. Can you believe when I posted this morning I forgot it was Wednesday ?
I could have sworn it was Tuesday lol
For anyone interested I posted a Mermaid freebie digistamp here this morning :)
For all you WOYWW visitors here are my photo's.
For anyone who doesn't yet know what this is about pop on over
and visit the fabulous Julia who started the craze.
No desk but this is my current craft area (or part of it lol)

and my lap which is my desk for the moment.
I am just about to colour the mermaid digi and the Fairy ballerina will be the next freebie but not until I have made a card with her :P

She is my little baby girl Kiki, pedigree 1 year old Chihuahua and my whole world.
Ok maybe not my WHOLE world but she is a pretty big part of it.

Not a square Dragonfly

Bit of a weird title but hey ho.
Today I have a card that has been created for the Allsorts challenge 'No squares allowed'
I have no squares but have used instead rounded rectangles and scalloped circles.
The papers I used are from a 12x12 pack called Oyster Blush.
You can't really see the effect but they have a beautiful pearlescent shimmer to them.
The dies used are Spellbinders scalloped circles.
The stamp is also from Spellbinders called 'Natures collections'
They were free on an issue of cardmaking and papercraft.
I have coloured this with promarkers and also added some pearlescent glitter to the wings,
this is what has given them the shimmer.
Crochet lace, bow and button add the finishing touch.

Mimi's Many loves - Penny Black

Good morning and hello.

It's finally stopped raining long enough for me to send the hubster out to dig over the front borders.

Planted some geraniums in the troughs under the window and the borders 

underneath are going to have lilac slate put down.

It's getting impossible for me to weed etc now and I can't keep making hubby do it all so slate chips are going down and we'll get some yummy pots and have potted plants instead to make it easier.

Any way enough of that.

My card today is another created for Penny Black and more.

I have used another stamp from the Mimi's many loves set.

Coloured using my Promarkers. 

I can't for the life of me find my colouring pencils.

This time she is in the garden.

Dies used are Timm Holtz tattered florals and 

Mariane Design LR0141 :)

Good morning everyone *waves*

Not that there is much good about it.

Weather has turned cold, wet and horrible again.

It was so beautiful yesterday as well,

 I actually thought it would last a little longer than one day but oh well.

Onwards and upwards as they say lol.

A super huge thank you to everyone who left a comment yesterday.

I have never had so many in one day. Made me feel really special lol

This ATC has been created for the Penny Black and more monthly challenge.

Theme for this month is 'Punches and Dies'

Stamps used are from Penny Black set 'Mimi's Many Loves' and coloured with Promarkers

The die I have used is Xcuts 'Vintage notes - Doily'.

I haven't used all the die though as you can see, I have just used sections for the corners of the ATC.

In this last picture you will see one of my little helpers.

I was working on my lap today and it's a good job he is so tiny or he would never have fit in that little gap lol

Meet Dio, he is one of my two Chihuahuas and a real little Mummy's boy :)

Good morning good morning.

On my WOYWW today I have my attempts at Kanzashi.

Still very new to me but boy is it fun fun fun.

Thanks to you tube videos I think I am starting to get the hang of it.

I have a couple of hair clips and a brooch in the pictures.

Luckily I have 3 sisters and 7 nieces and these will be perfect recipients for my efforts lol

WOW been a while since I posted a WOYWW.

At the moment I am making some new Christmas tree decorations.

It's a little red mitten and will be decorated with beads and embroidery.

That's the plan anyway.

Mary Ann if you are reading I did manage to 

alter the build a bear dress from this post

and as soon as I find the photos I took I will upload them :)
